Moldovan meatball rolled in bread crumbs

Specialty of minced pork and beef, according to a traditional recipe, with vegetables and aromatic greens, seasoned according to a typical Moldovan taste. They are quick and easy to make. Serve them with mashed potatoes, tomato sauce or simply with mustard.
