Details
Made from white pork loin, ham, cheese sticks, red pepper strips and cabanos sausage, wrapped in bacon slices and then in aluminum foil. Average weight is 1 kg per product.
This very tasty product, can be eaten hot or cold.
Preparation:
To prepare, place it in electric oven at 180-200 °C for 40-45 minutes. After this time, remove the foil from the meat roll and fry the bacon for 15 minutes until crisp.
