Chicken cordon bleu

This much-loved product now is made from cheese sticks wrapped in ham and chicken breast, turned into golden crumbs. Average weight is 200-220 g per piece.

Preparation:

Place in oil fryer and bake for 9-10 minutes at 140-150 °C.

Defrost 1-2 hours at room temperature before baking.
